Summer holiday in the Dolomites

Experience the Dolomites

The Dolomites - UNESCO World Heritage, and in particular the Three Peaks in Sesto enchant people from all over the world: Whether you explore them from a distance through walking, cycling, approach them through hiking and mountain biking, or get right up close through climbing.

Walking, hiking and climbing

Sesto awaits its visitors with gentle walks in the valley, idyllic hikes across alpine pastures, demanding alpine tours and the most spectacular via ferratas in the Alps. We are happy to advise you on the most beautiful tours. The alpine school and Tourist Information also offer guided tours.

Cycling and Mountain biking

Cruise gently on your bicycle through the valley and take the well-known Drava cycle path to Lienz in East Tyrol, or the Val Pusteria cycle path to Brunico and Bressanone. You can return by train from all destinations.
Take your mountain bike up to the alpine pastures. Special tips are the guided “Giro Bike Tour” with bike and cable cars across 30 km and with an altitude differential of 10,000 m, and the Stoneman Trail over 120 km and an altitude differential of 4,560 m.

Swimming

Enjoy water fun in the outdoor swimming pool in Sesto, in the natural outdoor pond in Dobbiaco (15 minutes by car), and in the indoor swimming pool Acquafun in Dobbiaco (10 minutes by car).

Experience more

Swimming, horse riding, crazy golf, hot-air ballooning and more. We would be happy to discuss your requirements with you.
