Important: bikes cannot be taken into the apartments. - As we are a partner of the Sesto Mountaineering School, you can go on guided hikes three to four times a week free of charge in summer and enjoy snowshoeing in winter.

To finalise the booking, we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total price.

Cancellation policy
- For cancellations in the period up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival date: free, without additional charge.
- For cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival date: we will keep the deposit (30 % of the price)
- For cancellations 2 weeks prior to your arrival date: 80 % of the total price
- Late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total price
Check-In
from 4 p.m. – if you arrive later, please let us know by telephone
As we are not always at home, we will enquire a day or two in advance when you plan to arrive. If we don’t get home in time, or if you arrive very late, you won’t have to wait for us out in the rain. A PIN for the key safe will give you access to your room cards and thus to the house.
